Before I came to China, I only saw pictures of its beauty. But after traveling through Yunnan, Guangxi, and Shanghai, I realized China is much more wonderful than photos.
Yunnan was my favorite part. I walked in the old towns of Lijiang, with small stone streets and wooden houses. At night, the whole town was lit by warm lights, and I could hear soft music from small cafes. I also visited Erhai Lake in Dali, where the water was so blue and peaceful.
People in Yunnan were very friendly. They smiled and helped me even when we could not speak the same language. I tried local rice noodles, flower cakes, and fresh tea, which tasted clean and natural.
Later, I went to Shanghai and was shocked by its modern look. Tall buildings, busy streets, and beautiful night views on the Bund made me feel the fast pace of China.
For me, traveling in China is like opening a big, amazing book. Every page has different scenery, culture, and surprises. I will definitely come back and explore more of this amazing country.
